You will not post on your iChatGay.com profile or transmit to other members or visitors, sexually oriented, offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harassing, profane, racist content (language, photograph, personal website...), or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

You will use iChatGay.com site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You will not include in your iChatGay.com profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, E-mail addresses or any direct contact informations other than where asked for it in the registration form.

You will not create multiple profiles. All profiles sharing same screen names or email addresses will be deleted without notice.

You will not give any false or misleading information in the account registration or in communication with other members.

You will not try to access to administration areas that are private to iChatGay.com.

You will not intercept or collect other iChatGay.com members informations.

You will not harass or be a nuisance to any other iChatGay.com member.

You will not promote or sell any products or services to other members through iChatGay.com.

You will not post illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable comment.

You will not post any comment including URL's, E-mail addresses, telephone numbers or any direct contact informations. You understand that all comment posted on iChatGay.com is the sole responsibility of the individual who originally posted the comment. iChatGay.com reserves the right to remove any comment that does not comply with these terms of use.

You will not violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or any regulation having the force of law. iChatGay.com shall not be responsible for any use of this service that is prohibited by law.

iChatGay.com can reject or change any profile or photo that does not comply with one of the above agreement conditions, with or without notice. You agree that iChatGay.com will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such action.

iChatGay.com can also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue this site, or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and this, without any refunding. You agree that iChatGay.com will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such action.

You agree that a violation of any of these terms will result in a termination of your account.
